The company was founded in 2009 by Chung Hee Bessell.

Born in Tübingen, Germany, to Unificationist missionaries he developed an early appreciation for televison, movies and other forms of mass communication. Raised first in Europe and later in Central America he also took naturally to languages and spent time teaching German as a foreign language and translating German, English, and Spanish for audiences in diverse social service projects. His passion in the field of communication, coupled with his interest for education led to several years of working as a videographer and photographer for diverse faith-based organizations before becoming interested in web-design and web-development.

Following two years of youth work in Europe; including stints in Scotland, Slovakia, Austria and others, Chung Hee moved to the United States and began working as a Youth Minister in South Carolina, where his interest in media was reflected in the younger generation increasingly drawn to social media online. He later moved to the Mid-Hudson Valley in New York state where he put his talents to work as a webmaster all the while pursuing certifications in a number of web-disciplines including CSS, HTML and PHP. 

After completing his Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) certification Chung Hee founded PandaSites and has since worked with a wide array of customers including: Hobbyists, Business Professionals, Institutions in Higher Education, Non-Profit Organizations, and more.    Check out our portfolio.
